Our church is a member of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), the largest Presbyterian denomination in the U.S. We are rooted in Reformed theology, which traces its origins back to the Protestant Reformatiion and the teachings of John Calvin and John Knox.

We were established in Sault Ste. Marie in 1854 and have been in only 2 physical locations since then.
