Welcome!
We have provided answers below to the most frequently asked questions for someone thinking about visiting our church.
We hope you will find your spiritual home with us.
- What should I expect at a worship service?
- As with most houses of worship, we have a structured service that includes scripture, sermon, prayers, and music. Once a month we serve Communion (which is available to everyone). Our services average 45-60 minutes in length.
- What about my kids?
- Children join their families in the sanctuary for the first part of the service and are then released to their classrooms after the Children’s Sermon.
- Where do I park?
- We have parking at the church, but if there is not enough space when you arrive, you can park on Lyon St., at the New Covenant Church across Bingham Ave. from us, or even in the parking lot at Soo Co-op Credit Union.
- What do I wear?
- We welcome you as you are. Feel free to dress comfortably.
- What do I do if I want more information after attending a service?
- There are visitor cards in the pews. Feel free to fill one out and either place it in the offering plate or put it under the office door. We will be in touch.
